Penalties are unlikely to come into force immediately, however. yet the SFI wants us to increase organic manure applications to raise soil OM
If they banned it this autumn it would cause more pollution than allowing it to be spread because we would be going into winter with muck stores already full. f**king rules they dream up! I wonder if we can use the EA carpark as muck store for this winter to help out.

On heavy land growing winter wheat,borland beans how the he'll will we manage ,can't spread it in will destroy what's there with the mess caused by spreading it

Nah the EA carpark floods regularly besides the carpark is already full of shitts

So grass justifies an autumn application? I might just experiment with under sowing winter cereals. Probably best to keep the seed rate super low to avoid competition and hope I don't accidentally dollop on a pre-em.
