Avadex BW vs Avadex Factor on fat hen in Beet

Back in the day when you could get Avadex BW it worked an absolute dream on big fat hen in beet that got away from the normal Gotix/ Venzar / Betenal mix that we normally used.

Fast forward to this year. - poor weed control as no moisture for residuals to work. Now would anyone know if Avadex Factor would be the same formulation ? All I know is that it's 450g/l vs 480g/l tri -allate, but not sure whether the formulation would make it more/ less effective or more importantly , murder my beet. Tempted to buy a can and trial it with the knapsack on a small area

That’s good knowledge. @robbie is suffering from fat hen. Be aware it’s probably not legal, for some reason several crops were taken off the label of solid avadex a few years ago when it changed mapp number. Let us know how you get on, you can use the avadex in the autumn anyway.

I looked on omex website the other day. Saltex is the stuff, it would be a slow old job applying it at 2x 500 and something lts/ha.

Does anyone know what it costs?????? Youd need a hell of a lot of ibc's
