Axial Flow 2166/2188 Clean grain elevator drive

Just changed the clean grain elevator drive chain on our 2166, there are two sprockets it can go on at its lowest point, it appears to of always been on the smaller of the two and this means the chain doesn't quite run straight causing it to rub on the tensioners bar.

Is this setup correct?

what does it say in the book?
if the lower sprocket is drive then if you swopped it the elevators would spin faster??
Not a lot in the book, a long range picture and tells you as the large decal near the spring to adjust tensioner to 152mm. No mention of changing sprockets that I could see.

Looked at 2166 only one small sprocket but does not catch arm , i would look further into it not good to rub chain on arm needs stopping is my opinion,
Looking at from above, neither sprocket gives a straight run, so perhaps best remove large one and centre the remaining small sprocket assuming I can lock it in position.

Has the shaft moved, it cannot be meant to be out of line. Is there a bearing gone?
No it's all ok, I've checked the online parts catalog and it originally had a single sprocket, I have fitted the option of a double sprocket. O guess for quick changes for different crops, the compromise is the chain running not quite true.

Check the bracket that the bar runs though, bet the hole is elongated and thats letting the bar run tighter to the chain a bit of angle iron and a new hole should line it up . you can either weld it on to the trunking or if the old bracket is not to bent bolt it on ps it wants to sit onto of the old bracket not below .

Another tip if you ever want to change the chain get the joiner to the bottom join on new chain and pull the old chain end you then know you have got it round the 2 top sprockets that are up the side of the grain tank .
