Has anyone had experience with brewing or using bacillus/ lactobacillus brews?
I hear you can use it for loads of different applications. I'm particularly interested in using it as a fungicide and helping boost soil microbiology

I am a trained brewer and have ran small and large breweries. I have plenty of experience with lacto fermentations. What you wamt to know

I'd like some pointers on how to brew and how to store it.
I've tried a milk-based brew and that has never really worked too well - and it stinks!
If the brew is applied to a leaf as a fungicide, would it actually survive the trip ? ie, sprayer pressure and UV sunlight

No issue with pressure or uv light in the short term. When doing.lacto brews with beer we would ferment as normal and use a lacto starter yeast or sprinkle some rolled wheat on top as fermentation nears the end. Not sure with milk. Is the milk fermenting or just rotten.

The correct lactobacillus on milk makes cheese, with a bit of rennet and salt

5 Litre batches.
I'm thinking that it might be easier to go away from the milk method. I've seen people using rice in the vessel during the brew and adding molasses and salt for food?
I'm obviously not an expert, so I need all the help I can get!
