Yep thers no point being stuborn they arnt handing out medals to see who can get the most ill before they see a doc!
I always gets grinding sparks an metal in my eyes stupid eye know...
But used to put off til last minute i knew i would have to go at somepoint, so now i just go in the same day its much easier to get it over with and then the next you can crack on with goggles on ofcourse

I have lost count of the times Multi has had bits in his eyes from grinding or strimming,

Try gluten free corn flakes and gf bread cut out fatty foods just to see if it helps drink plenty of water to hydrate and to flush your kidneys iirc

They dont hand medals out give them a sample of and you wil know in couple of days

Stay clear of yogurt, coffee and cheese.
I find a simple plain diet best devoid of dressings/sauces.
Not so great when eating out.

Yea when out having meal nearly everything is induced with sauces strong flavourings etc you dont notice them until you have to look shame but hayho

Went to franky an bennys when in cornwal last week and said i wanted a plain chicken grilled salad it came with a ton of salt an pepper on and some type of dressing and by christ did i regret that for rest of day

We all just take omoperazole.

The 'sh#te' they mix in with white bread nowadays, to make it keep longer, has alot to do with ones digestive systems.

If I have more than two pieces of white bread toast in a morning , I feel like I've got a bloody hangover.

Can eat dry 'quality ' crusty bread for fun.
