I have lost count of the times Multi has had bits in his eyes from grinding or strimming,

Symptoms can come and go.
Stay clear of yogurt, coffee and cheese.
I find a simple plain diet best devoid of dressings/sauces.
Not so great when eating out.
Yea when out having meal nearly everything is induced with sauces strong flavourings etc you dont notice them until you have to look shame but hayho

Grandfather ( (Gp) had terrible acid reflux ,
which he kindly genetically passed down the generations.
His solution...
Benylin mixed with milk in the morning,
Whisky mixed with milk at night!

We all just take omoperazole.

The 'sh#te' they mix in with white bread nowadays, to make it keep longer, has alot to do with ones digestive systems.

If I have more than two pieces of white bread toast in a morning , I feel like I've got a bloody hangover.

Can eat dry 'quality ' crusty bread for fun.

'Standard' sliced white..........

Myself , oh & son drink some of this every morning , it settles your stomach down . I've not had IBS or similar since I started taking it .
