Bale wrapper, problems,

Obviously this is not the time of year for using my wrapper but lv wonder why my Connor wrapper seems to draw the bale over on to the plastic bale holder, this in turn breaks the plastic, the wrapper seems to be level, it's so annoying, could the table be twisted, had the autobox fixed and it works great but this problem is such a pain. It doesn't do it all the time.

What baler?? Bale shape density???

No, it draws the bale over to the cone, this in turn makes holes in the wrap, the bale doesn't sit where its put buy the loader. It pulls it over buy about 10 turns.

has the conor belts for the bale to sit on, maybe one is different length, we replaced a pair on out McHale, both outside to allow for wear in old belts and to not end up with the problem you are having of one side the bale turning more than the other

Right, maybe something like that makes scence, how to you fit them??

best bet I would say is lay something across them, check how level the wrapper table is and then how level the belts are when the thing is laying on them. the weight is to take up the slack and see that they are all even. could check the centre to centre of the rollers too.

We had a (different) problem with ours, just emailed the factory and later had a conversation with the engineer. Job done. They are really helpful. Organised parts, paid in £.
