I think you mean MW, as 48 mw is about an AA battery! MW is Mega watts, mW is milliwatts, a million times difference between them!
Oh dear Stephen. I didn't expect to see a flaw. I make it a billion (the 10^9 version) times different. :):geek:

Gives me a break from whinging about the (non) interchangeability of kWh and kW.

Rent. From what I've seen, 3 years back it might have been £1,250/MW. I've heard £2,250+ for most recent schemes, maybe £2,500 at top end.

If selling a site, should be worth £200,000 to £360,000 per acre. Take your pick, but don't sell it for less than £200,000/acre, because it will give you a rent of £50k/acre.

We are £12k rent per acre per year for 40 yrs so £500k per acre plus with inflation, I wouldn't consider selling our site
