I think you can double stack subject to planning which. Of courses doubles the volume.

I've heard of £2000 per kwh per year. 50kwh in about 4 acres. Whether I'm correct is another matter.

Our under construction project is 48mw on 4 acres, we signed a deal 4 yrs ago @£1200/mw/Yr for a term of 40yrs, not sure how much rents have moved since then.

I think you mean MW, as 48 mw is about an AA battery! MW is Mega watts, mW is milliwatts, a million times difference between them!

We had a £2000 per MW carrot dangled in front of us. So that seems to be an actual rate. Not that it went anywhere with us.

You'll squeeze 200MW on 6 or 7 acres, although you may need 9 acres, might depend on fire regs and spacing.

Rent. From what I've seen, 3 years back it might have been £1,250/MW. I've heard £2,250+ for most recent schemes, maybe £2,500 at top end.

If selling a site, should be worth £200,000 to £360,000 per acre. Take your pick, but don't sell it for less than £200,000/acre, because it will give you a rent of £50k/acre.
