Fine, bend over, take the price they offer and don’t let them know. Or make them have to bid in the ring.
95% of ours go live ,I would prefer if the trade was more consistent though and not the sudden highs followed by lows.best do what suits ,I am certain our cattle are better on the hook though when markets quote their highest price per head

Tell them to poke it and put them LW. Dingwall and Thainstone were slightly up this week. Not sure where you are

Very tempted to make a point however very short notice to pull them out now and snow lying around with more forecast so better away sharp. It will probably backfire in the future as well by doing so. Heart says pull them out brain says let them go.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
