Certainly May has been very good here, but only marginally better than May 2018 in my part of Suffolk. I think the fact we have not cleaned , thanks to Covid, has probably cost some production

Meanwhile my panels are still self isolating in packing crates
Should be exposing themselves by the end of this mth, if all goes to plan.

I can be thanked for the recent rain, I employed a crew to renovate a roof over my main electric incomer, meters and switch boards, they strip the old asbestos sheets off so it rained.
Expect rain and winds at end of mth when the solar guys arrive here.
Same as we had terrible wet weather from the day we started digging for gshp last sept

Have had british gas ask for a photo of gen meter showing reading and serial number to prove generation for quarter as much higher than usual! anyone else had this with the good spring quarter we have just had?

im not surprised, computers don’t think about weather

i get the same calls after a wet / dry harvest - why has your meter not moved / moved a lot!

They are supposed to check these things every 2 years so it should be no surprise. Don’t be concerned

On the domestic side I've had to send EON a picture of the meter every reading for the last year.
