Best Insurer for Farm?

Just wondering what insurer everyone is using for their farm?

Specifically things like:
  • buildings & contents cover for outbuildings
  • public liability
  • tractor insurance
I'm looking at ours and thinking it's a bit steep but I'm concerned about going to a more mainstream insurer who does not really understand what farming involves.

I use both NFU Mutual and Cornish Mutual .......

Think i will sit back with some of this now ...

Have been with Greenlands for about 5 years and no complaints

There is one insurer I would’nt recommend due to them being awkward over a claim but no doubt others will recommend them

NFU not the cheapest but the few claims I've had payed no quibble and office is just 5 miles away can go and speak in person well you could until this last year

I’be been with NIG through Caleb Roberts, a local broker that was recommended to me.
I can’t complain about the small claims I have put through, which was no better or worse than experience of NFU.
20% cheaper for more extensive cover too.
