Having played with various cheap options before getting a GD, the conclusion I came to was stretch the finances and do the job properly and get a drill that’s designed for the purpose. Had to many failures with cheap options

Meaning loads of cheap vaddys about but not so many no till drills at that price

I also found a tine wasn’t the answer as drilling depth early days isn’t consistent enough as the soil has to many undulations

Value meaning cheapest to buy while actually doing a job; Moore unidrill for disc or Horsch CO for tine Although saying that I bet an early sabretine might be in the same sort of ballpark now
