Blocked pipes in accord

Location
cornwall
As above, trying to get my spring barley finished (yes it's the latest I've ever done but the ground is only just dry enough now!)
Pipes keep blocking, not coulters or distribution head. No Sag in pipes.
Fan running at 3900,rpm.
I'm at a loss to know what is happening and it's driving me nuts!
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

Where are they blocking? would give you a good indication of where problem lies.

Gravity should take them to coulters once through distribution head.

I found a set of the weaving air bleeders have really helped prevent pipe blockages, especially when using high seed rates in barley. Also usually run the fans around 4200rpm

Replacing the tube that keeps blocking sometimes helps. Also we had a weak coulter spring so the coulter was rising and kinking the coupler between the coulter and air tube.

pretty much as above
fan belt slipping ?
small seed flap closed
assume you have used it before with no problems, there are two fan pullys a 540 and 1000 . mate struggled to get distribution and found he had a 1000 pully running at 540 !

anything in the mushroom restricting , but not totally blocking air ?

assume its not going through a tramline solenoid ?

How do air bleeders work? I've seen them before and wondered what they were.
The reduce the back pressure from the coulters when they’re sealed in the ground as they let some of the air flow out. They also stop light seeds from been blown back out of the slot. So better seed placement.
Also if you get a blocked coulter it blows the seed out the back so you can see the blockage rather than blocking the whole pipe. They aren’t that expensive either but worth every penny.
