Bobcat Shows Real Claws Again at Innov-Agri 2021

Written by John Swire from Farm Business

Bobcat exhibited at the outdoor Innov-Agri event from 7-9 September 2021 at Outarville near Orléans in south Paris in France. It was the first major industry show attended by farmers in France and one of the first major events in this sector in Europe, since the Covid pandemic started. Attended by over 60,000 farmers from across the country during the three days of the show, Innov-Agri proved to be a big draw for professionals in the agricultural sector in France.

The star of the show for Bobcat was undoubtedly the brand new TL43.80HF AGRI 4*, part of the new R-series telescopic loader range and presented to the public for the first time in the world at Innov-Agri. With a lifting capacity of 4.3 t and a lifting height of up to 8 m, the TL43.80HF is the largest and most powerful model of its type and is a result of Bobcat’s innovative ‘Next is Now’ programme. The Next is Now initiative combines innovative product development and diversification with smarter, more connected technologies and services, redefining the way people work on farms.

This new generation of telescopic loaders aims to deliver a first-class user experience. The completely redesigned cab is a modern, intuitive and intelligent workspace offering a unmatched level of comfort. With the new AGRI 4* package, Bobcat has an excellent proposition to offer farmers in the agricultural sector.

Alongside the flagship TL43.80HF model, Bobcat also exhibited its compact R-series bestseller: the TL30.70, also in the new AGRI 4* configuration.

The new Bobcat L28 small articulated loader, equipped with AGRI wheels, was also on show. It offers high lifting capacities in tight spaces, ease of operation with simple intuitive controls, and low ground disturbance for working on all terrains. The L28 model is equipped with a telescopic lift arm that increases the height and reach to 2.65 m.

Another of the latest additions to Bobcat’s market-leading compact loader product lines, the L85 compact wheel loader was also featured on the stand. Powerful, agile and robust, this new loader aims to become a new benchmark in the market.

Visitors to Innov-Agri were also be able to see and try out Bobcat’s latest skid-steer and compact track loaders as represented by the new S510 and T66 R-series models, respectively.
