Booster vaccine side effects

The training for a covid vaccinator specifically mentions that there is no need to aspirate. The dose is tiny, and there are no blood vessels in the vaccination site large enough to warrant it.

There are two sizes of needle for adults. Vaccinators are trained to decide which to use.
This guys talking rubbish then?

I had a double dose of flu and covid last Saturday, one in each arm. The covid arm has been a bit sore, the flu side barely noticeable which is the same experience I’ve had with the initial covid jabs compared to flu jabs in previous years.
Don’t know wether that’s just coincidence or if there’s a reason why the covid jab would leave a more sore arm.
All 3 covid jabs were Pfizer

I don't know, either. Could it be dependent upon which arm is a person's dominant? How much practice the vaccinator has had on injecting right arms? A combination?

All covids have been in left arm, on initial doses I had the choice and being right handed figured that if there was a problem I’d rather it be in the left,.
Double jabbed for flu and covid , covid in the left was the standard way they were doing it.
I had been putting it down to largely the skill or luck of those administering the injection but in the case of this last pair of jabs it was the same person.
It could still be down to luck of the draw of course

The training is clear. No need to aspirate. He has latched on to a very rare effect from AZ, and a conflation with the small number of cases of side effects mostly in young people. Boosters aren't AZ, the blood clot reaction is extremely rare and closely monitored. Treatment is available.

Has he been called up to train people? Doubt it. Is he quietly advising? Nope.
He is spreading antivaxxer fear. Listen to the string of antivaxxer buzzwords he uses.

Highly unprofessional. He should be struck off.

Ok so he doesn't know what he's doing, although he seems to have or is training nurses so he certainly knows more than the average joe.
So who decided the training shouldn't include this very minor addition and why do you believe them over him?
I don't care who's right or wrong but I worry as much about the people who blindly follow policy or instruction as I do the nutters claiming its all a conspiracy.
I've never heard him suggest you shouldn't get vaccinated but I've only watched a few of his videos. They're actually quite dull as he spends most of his time reading from official sources.
You're perhaps more highly qualified than him?

This is who makes the decisions that matter

This is the actual information about AZ that the man on YouTube failed to read correctly, and now seeks to spread disinformation about. He should be struck off.

The risk is vanishingly small. For comparison, anaesthesia is more risky. Read honest science. It's better for one's mental health.

I had my moderns booster on Tuesday. Been the most painful experience of my life. Injected arm was useless for 3 days and couldn't sleep from the pain the first night after injection. Still got to be careful with it this morning...🤬

Regarding Primawhos post on AZ jab causing blood clots........."The risk is vanishingly small. For comparison, anaesthesia is more risky. Read honest science. It's better for one's mental health."

Perhaps you would like to tell that to my cousin who recently lost his 49yr old wife to a massive heart attack. She had taken her second AZ jab only six weeks before hand and then soon after it consistently complained of lethargy and mind fog and general discomfort. Her doctor just stated the symptoms would pass. After her death the autopsy confirmed she had died due to blood clots. People have been charged for murder for less than this! The first rule of being a doctor is Do No Harm.
And now the article posted above proves the cause was indeed the AZ jab. Somebody should be culpable for this and similar deaths. So please dont criticize the doctor concerned in the article because he makes statements that dont fit your narrative, he is telling the truth!

Fortunately most of the rest of the family have taken the Pfizer with few negative effects. But none of us are keen for the boosters after attending the funeral.

That is desperately sad for all concerned, and I am truly sorry to read this. The risk is vanishingly small, but that, of course, does not translate well into family tragedy.
Any adverse effects stated on the vaccination leaflet that start after, or continue beyond 4 days from vaccination should be investigated, which has been made clear from the outset. Not being there, I can't say why that didn't happen for your cousin.

The man giving the talk on YouTube is talking about the method he was trained to, which is no longer considered necessary for many routine vaccinations worldwide, and which is not advised by the JVCI as necessary for covid vaccination. His presentation does nothing but set out to scare people.

Boosters are either Pfizer or Moderna in adults, if that's of any help for you.

Why are the over 80s not having ?
Too frail?
As previously mentioned, know two people whose mother's died in week following.
My mother in law told by hospice doctor not to have it, although other nurses, GP still trying to push her to have

My gran developed angina suddenly, too. Scary. I hope your mum is responding well to treatment, and is up and about soon.

It seems gps don't want to jab them, but not health reasons, just want another bump I guess

Are you able to request what booster you have ?
I suffer from atrial fibulation and some of these racing heart stories are starting to worry me. I had 2 astro zenica for my initial jabs with no side affects at all do you have to have a different vaccine as a booster?
You wont get a choice on the day, but am certain that if you see a doctor first they would be able to get you put on the best one.
