Boumatic milking parlours.

Jeez, we had one replacement key pad that was “hard” got rid of that asap. User interface is everything.

It’s a pain in the arse, can hardly insert a cow if the auto id misses one. I don’t need any more rage when I’m milking

No major problems, issue at the minute is the back up, the main service guy is off sick and it’s a struggle getting them out to problems. In general a great parlour. The Key pads are a pain in the arse

Fullwoodhead have parted ways with Delaval and the most likely possibility will be they take over service/repair for Boumatic, so they might end up being your closest if it happens.

If the auto I'd misses a cow or a new heifers in youve got no fecking hope typing the number in with wet gloves used to drive me absolutely bonkers!

Loved pretty much everything else about it though.

Just out of interest and you will probably already know but Electromech are meant to be starting to stock boumatic parts at Stranraer instead of having to ship them over the water

They are really good with spares anyway,message the office and sent next day.
