money paid in from rpa last week with statement stating greening no other detail
I was thinking when combineing I should chase up the phone call I made back in the spring about the reduced payment
they will get every one paid in time but it may take years before every one is paid properly

Part of my short change is 'crop diversification' according to them yet I easily comply with the relevant percentages and any kid could work that out!

Ha. There are more in the boat than I thought. I'm struggling to motivate myself to call the RPA when last time they still had absolutely no idea when it was going to be resolved or why it had happened.

Hello fellow seamen. I've just called the RPA regards the penalty applied to my 2015 BPS claim.

They still haven't gone through all the balls ups they made in 2015 including mine.

They can't give an time when they will resolve it or even look at it.

The lady did read out the 2015 penalty info from the claim booklet that I already knew.

There's another half hour of my life that I won't get back....

Good luck to all still waiting to get your claim sorted out.

No - I find the DVLA are excellent and the passport office , one or two others I'd describe as mediocre but the RPA? - in a league all of its own!

I'd tend to agree with the above. After graduating I worked for HMRC and then for the Foreign Office and they were very efficient organisations working with constantly changing legislation.

The RPA/Government have set themselves up to fail by the way they have interpreted and administered the CAP in England. I do have some sympathy for the people on the ground who have not been trained effectively and are probably understaffed.

I have no sympathy for the arrogant Mark Grimshaw the former head of the RPA. If you ever heard him speak it no wonder that the RPA is in such a mess.

Are all Government agencies incompetent......or has the RPA and Natural England got the edge !?!

Having to deal with Tax Credits lot this year. There a liability too.
Always been reliable until now but then we didn't need it.
This year we think we are owed some and we damn well need it. Wouldn't be so bad if had our BPS & ELS.
