In theory if the storage isn't really affecting anyone, would enforcement turn a blind eye or would they be quite strict and seek some sort of enforcement?

However, if they do get involved they can't turn a blind eye; they would either insist the building reverts to agricultural or retrospective change of use is sought.
We are a mile from a junction of the m6 in Cheshire, seems storage is in high demand around here and a loading/unloading ability seems to be a big plus. Figures of £5+/□foot have been mentionedlocation, location , location. Rent determined by supply and demand in the area. £3 seems cheap
