Bulk density of rolled barley

Anyone got a rough figure please?

(Or what size hopper bin I need for a 1ton) ?!

I would go with no less than 2m3 hopper to be on the safe side.
I struggle to get full weight of bruised barley on a standard bulker. That's 18% with nice flakes rather than dry powder.

I just get 10t of rolled barley on a 16t grain trailer.

I recall a farmer who wouldn't allow his shepherd to feed whole oats to his sheep.

He reckoned that his shepherd would still feed by volume, and so would feed about twice as much compared to if it was rolled.
