I have a customer with a cat loader who has lost all boom hydraulics as any one any idea

Evening

Did you get the link I text you to cat info? I just been on it and it has all the service info on there for the TH220B.

I think I did hear something about early TH330's that had some sort of modification the solenoids or something on the main spool block which costs thousands, think cat did loads under warranty etc but some will have escaped no doubt and they wont want to know now I'm sure.

With out cat equipment to plug in you may struggle with it I think, but that link will help no end I'm sure.

On the th360's there was a pilot solenoid that used to fail not sure if its the same on the 220. The valve mentioned above was the PHS valve and was replaced with a simpler solenoid type it was mainly moisture ingress that killed them

Looking at the info on the link I sent you now. It shows a rocker switch to turn off joystick controls should be the one closes to the rear window. don't know if that's the switch that operates the solenoid valve you are talking about worth investigating.

Could I get a copy of the link please?
My forward / reverse solenoid is playing up [emoji849]

My dealer has given up the licence for the software so I can’t erase codes.. so I’m told

Sorry I dont have that link anymore. It was on an old laptop and the hard drive failed so I lost alot of info? have tried looking since for it and cant find it anywhere!

I dont think cat/jlg knew it was open to public viewing imo cause there was lots of info on there only dealers normally see.
Was possibly an old site they used and then moved on to a new site/system and left the back door open!??
