Really struggling to get fuel delivered West Wales. Promised oil and diesel weeks ago, never turned up. Spoke to managers etc who assured me it would be the next day etc. No show. Certas don't answer the phones at the St Clears branch which is the one I am meant to select. Who do you use?

Oil 4 Wales around here are the dearest by a country mile but if you're out of oil or diesel they will get it to you the quickest. Our old certas rep was great but the current one is a proper knob

Had a letter today from Certas telling me I have £5,000 of credit with them if I want it! Well fabulous!!! A tenners worth of diesel to check the sheep would be better!!!! :ROFLMAO:

Yes, gone back to JE Lawrence. Not the cheapest, but at least fuel turns up, and they don't waffle on about needing step ladders etc.
Certas..........or was it Oil4Wales  ( Ordered via CCF ) did their best to leave us with no CH oil Christmas before last. It was ordered on December 7th.............

They are pretty special. What really gets me is the appologies - (don't say sorry if you couldn't care less) followed by the promises "it'll be with you wed... oh no thurs... sorry fri... not this week at all

We’ve always had great service from Certas St Clears. And for the last six months or so they’ve been cheaper than Oil 4 Wales

I’ll check my fuel levels later today, might need to get some ordered.

I couldn't make any sense of Certas, however they do have a big market share. Boiler juice will get quotes not just for heating oil but red diesel as well. I have used them for quite a few years, but even they aren't as reliable as they were.

Are you a PMR member , they usually do next day if someone is stuck , they will send the cheapest which always seems to be Oil 4 Wales
