Are the Americans doing all the cyber attacks ? Everybody's listening to everybody, knowledge is power but attacking countries tech is another thing altogether.

They make expensive stuff too, it's just that we tend to specify that we want the cheap stuff and then complain when we get it. Can't really blame them for giving us what we ask for, rather than what we actually want.
