Did or does anyone on here use and set up a Claas Commander 228?

I've a 116 cs

I lost more grain over with the straw than I would like last year. I can only close the cylinder concaves up to about 5 before it stops solid. Where do you run yours for wheat? Looks like I’m going to have to take a lot of stuff out in order to free up the concaves.

About 5 for wheat , took all my concave out couple of yrs ago to check them over ,quite a big job but not too difficult

That’s good to know, thanks. Did you take the grain pan right out first?

Grain pans ,sieves ,chopper, chaff spreader all removed. Also swopped the front cylinder serated strips with the rear ones
