Good old reasonably priced parts from Claas!! That's ridiculous £640!!I got a price for some last week for the older style header and was quoted £320ish each side. Needless to say I didn't bother with them.

Anything laid or brackled spring barley seems to hang in corners of the header and drive up, these help keep that area clear. Also in hybrid WB and rye it can cut the crop and let it fall over the side,these help that also IMEExactly what I was thinking Clive? Have never seen them or have had a problem? Yep we did the same long short very long taken off but nothing worked.We have the same problem, heavily brackled WB just hangs on corner of bed. Tried every variation with dividers
