As title any one running one had an issue with it stripping the main rotor gears, and it’s not down to operators as our other rakes are fine

I have heard of that problem before on the liner 4000 & was told it down to running to much pressure on the raking arms .As title any one running one had an issue with it stripping the main rotor gears, and it’s not down to operators as our other rakes are fine

From what I was told that is the problem the driver sits and plays with it all day up and down ,I’d agree but it runs less hard that the other rake being as it’s all adjustable from the cab
sounds like it was built up wrong , or the man in the seat is to hard on it , i know of some problems with these rakes but i all so know of some that have done years of work with no problemsWell just too add insult another rotor has gone pop despite being all re built 2 months ago
