Classics Earning their keep.

Had it since 2008, when it replaced a 3650 and its been an absolutely fantastic tractor.
Was blown away how well it pulled, considering it was supposed to only be 10hp more than the 36.
Had it dyno'd last year.....and its 35hp more than the 3650
Looked at several disappointing examples and then came across this one being sold off an estate.
Had extra scv's that I needed and some other options, including TLS.
Had never driven a tls before and when you've had a life time of back troubles, that makes a big difference.
I bought a 6410 a few years ago, to put a loader on and that's been an absolute pleasure to own.

Maybe there should be a 'classic machinery earning their keep' ?.
Anyway I've just acquired my third Scammell, ex brs trailer today, to join my other classic Salop and Nelson trailers.
Duals all round, not silly weight for 26ft and peanuts money.

Already got a couple of 28ft ones

For anyone who doesn't know, this was the Scammell quick coupling.Screenshot_20211212-062715_Google.jpgScreenshot_20211212-062620_Google.jpgScreenshot_20211212-062543_Google.jpg

You wanna get rid and either fork out £10k or get a nice heavy 40ft tri-axle😉
