Not that I was aware of, had Don & Zon, bushel, hagberg and protein done. The load in question was below spec in hagberg 180 but they were also on about gluten being low. It was a Friday and by all accounts the mill can be interesting.Are they actually buying your wheat with a gluten test as well as bushel, hagberg, protein? Are they requiring an actual zeleny test or otherwise, or just that it is "present" or fit to bake?
