no no medications taking for nothing and last time i went to the doc ,hmm 6yreas or so ago , with the idea of getting my hearing /blocked ears particulary the left one , soreted out , the doc toild me they didnt do ear syringing any more and said i ought to get my BP checked on the way out  which was fine .
wont be going back there any day soon.
text the other day about blodd pressure check , but nothing about my left ear which now is pretty much deaf and gives constant noise (tinitus) which has increased gradually since that docs visit and dosnt help a good nights sound sleep , its more like fitful nowadays
So, you last went to Drs about 6 yeas ago, assuming you are over 40 then you are entitled to a 5 yearly health check, which will include routine bloods, & BP check. Usually done by a HCA or a nurse, but a good starting point. Give them a ring.

or 7 or so and that wasnt a lightly taken decision, the only health concern i had was my hearing which they wouldnt do anything about .
some years previous to that i had had it done but now its caused the worsening tinnitus i suspect .

but then doctors know whats best for you dont they , Hmm.

Constant tiredness could be literally anything.

It's been a long winter, with the constantly poor weather I'd suspect most of us have not been doing anything like the usual levels of activity, I certainly haven't been keeping up the same regime since October. If you are feeling breathless long before you would expect to be during physical activity and don't have the same get up and go it could be anaemia.

Buy a blood pressure monitor from boots and check yourself when sat down rested from time to time.

I think everyone should be banned from looking at any screen for an entire day once a week. I'm convinced the colour of the light they emit fudges with my sleep.

I’ve always found proper strenuous exercise to have a very positive effect on energy levels and mental health, working everyday is tiring and you’d think going for a run or something wouldn’t help but I find it does a lot. Get yourself sweating and out of breath 2 or 3 times a week (if health allows, obviously get over the flu first) gets the blood pumping and clears the head.

Can you not just do less. I do far less now than 3 years ago I might have less money to play with but less rushing about! Sounds like you have a decent farm set up and a bit of off farm work just take on what you can or want to do. No one will give 2 fs if you have a breakdown, they only want to know if you will fix their boiler!
I’m finding that tbh, people who I’d thought of as friends have gone very distant since I’ve been unable to respond quickly enough, it’s been quite an eye opener. I’m not good at sitting still, but having to learn how to.
Finding it hard though to bin a business fixing boilers etc that I’ve built up from nothing and is far more profitable than farming, but at present it’s the biggest drain on my physical and mental abilities so slowly doing a close down.

couild be a goos idea, same as being able to organis one day a week with no work . difficukt to achieve mind you and a lone worker both physicallyand mental break very difficult not to be worryting about the job on day off
Sunday being respected in that way when we were younger was better imo ,more labour here at least back then though.
could be any day of course , to suit particular jobs /work share organisng cover ,but easier said than done ime.

I’ve had this 100 day cough thing or whatever it is, some say it’s Covid. Symptoms are headache, cough like whooping cough, aches flu like, exaggerated existing pains, sore chest like pneumonia, shortness of breath and generally knackered. Like you I haven’t managed a day off which has extended the recovery time. Lads have had it and needed days off a few days off

Definitely get to the docs. Get irons, vit d’s, etc tested.

are you on any medications? Some, such as omezparole can block absorption of certain vits/minerals
Also get a testosterone test, including free testosterone.

I don’t wish to pry, but no longer waking up with a morning stiffie is a red flag for low testosterone.
