Cost of combine oil changes

I have a New Holland TX34 that does about 80 hours a year - I have usually changed the oil every year, the filters every other year, because oil is cheap - but it isn't now.
20l of oil is just short of £50
Should I carry on changing annually, or is it a waste of money with modern oils?

Really don’t know about new Holland. Bit I run a claas chopper recommended oil change interval 500 hours. But the engine booklet says after winter lay up if done less than 200 hours since last oil change just Carry on and use it.holds 36 litres . I do 400/450 hours a year and change twice a season start and halfway through.

Greater capacity, cleaner fuels, better combustion, far superior filtration, far better quality base oils used ( by the reputable companies ) including synthetic bases, additive technology above and beyond the expected requirements.
All contribute to longer drain times, as well as far superior component manufacturing.
