Is there any limit on amounts that can be claimed? Read an agents blog suggesting there was a cap but the online gov guidance I think says not.

I'm really struggling with the applications. Some of my parcels have warnings on them but I need them included for capital (walls) do I just ignore the warning?

Some fo the schemes online don't appear? PA1 Implementation plan for instance - how do you apply for that if it's not there for you to select?

My neighbours have mid tier agreements on their grass (cows, cut and hay) not sure what I would apply for to get the same as all mine seem to be boundaries, air and water?

I don't think you will be able to submit with the warning. Have you already got an agreement on those parcels? To get field options etc as well as capital items you need to do a whole mid tier agreement which has an application period usually from marchish until augustish. It sounds like you are just doing a capital only application
