Have you not a lely discovery ? I cut up the old silicon rubber of ours and use it to replace the straight hand scrapers

Also have one of these, they aren’t bad

Using a plastic one here find it easier to scrape with than a rubber one

We’ve got a qbed with a blade on. Bloody brilliant. Can you mock up a powered blade that’s small enough and cheapish to take the back ache from it?

My Delaval van man does nice Ali handles with a 12” plastic blade, good for slurry and sawdust, nice and light, replaceable blade and handle, last for ages, had 2 new handles and 4-5 blades on the same scraper.......

Have normal red stripe squeegee for scraping yard and around parlour, tried cheaper ones over the years, always back to the redstripe. For the cubicles I use a brwsh bras.

(a) We’ve just bought a skid steer mounted brush from RS Agri to blast the beds once a day (b) need a hand scraper for afternoon work

No one local stocks Red Stripe (Not even the beer) any more now that Pearson sold up to Carrs Billington who subsequently did a runner
