I am a postgraduate research student at the University of Glasgow, working on a research project titled ‘Dairy & You’. This is a project in collaboration with ForFarmers, Valorex and Bleu-Blanc-Coeur. As part of this, we are running a survey to explore awareness of strategies to improve the nutritional quality and sustainability of milk and dairy products. We are also exploring quality assurance schemes and promoting the quality of UK dairy products to consumers.
We need to hear from a broad selection of stakeholders working at all levels and role types within the dairy industry. If you are interested in taking part or know someone else who might be, please share this with them.
