Dairymaster Milk Meter calibration

Can anyone tell me the proper way to calibrate the dairymaster milk meter i know i need a weight to hang from the load cell but not sure how heavy it should be and presume there is a function on the keypad to accurately set it up. My trial and error approach of just turning screws until i measure a bucket of water is too frustrating and time consuming. Thanks

been over near ten years the last I did a meter calibration. forgot how to get in to the menu on the meter panel but you will need the dairymaster test weight to hang on the on the wight cell. If you use the wrong weight it will give the meter the wrong cal figure
you need to unscrew the silver cap marked to get at the stud to hang the weight on
Warning if you dont have the correct weight dont try it or will upset the calibration
Must be over 20 years ago the we but in the meters and did a lot of testing and ironing out bugs For dairy master

Thank you cfr1964 thats just the job. Cheers for other replies. The function no. is 1976 not far out there kverneland.
I,ve found the meters pretty accurate over last ten years certainly not being serviced every 7000 milkings as recommended. Just go throuigh whole meter as and when. But one my cost savings is to try n do as many of to £40 a hour jobs that i can and can someone in to help with the £10 hour jobs.

Managed to download that before it was deleted.

So for example you swap call to 550 for the water test, such up let's say exactly 20 kg of water.

Meter reads 18.5. So you would then work out % difference. IE 7.5 then multiply the milk calc factor 528 by 107.5 and enter that?

I know its an old post, but meter related.
Ive a DM meter that will weight the milk maybe for the first 3 cows and the nothing after that just milks straight through the weight bowl in the middle. This happens a lot of the time but not all of the time.
I've checked the rubber diaphragms top and bottom, all ok.
Im guessing its a relay issue but not sure if im right and if so which one. If I open the box on the side I may recalibrate it and don't have a weight but a call out price would more than buy a weight.
Thanks

Possibly the coil on the side,(which one I'm not sure) after milking 3 cows it probably gets hot and stops working and just lets the milk flood through, that's what happens here most of the time. Best bet is to have a multimeter handy so you can test the coils see which is reading high.
