Deutz K430 fuel problem

We have been having problems with the above machine - cranking over for 10 seconds or so until it starts, hot or cold. Dealer been to it and drained tank and changed filters but still the same.
The following fault messages are coming up on the dash:

"Engine fuel pressure signal not valid"

"Engine rail valve device out of order"

Dealer has seen the messages but has not opted to replace any items. Anyone with Deutz experience that could offer advice please?

Thanks

Now Then..
Faulty rail pressure sensor or the connection to it?? I've no experience of Deutz but I've had rail pressure issues with John Deere where a faulty connection can show 100 bar in the rail when stopped. Therefore when starting there's only 200 bar actual pressure (100 + 200 = 300) so it starts badly. It needs 300 bar to fire but only really 200 bar in the rail....

I used to work for a , Deutz dealer. You need to get a laptop, with the Deutz Serdia software, connected to the tractor and read the error codes. You will be able to see, how often the fuel rail relief valve has opened. If it has opened, more than 30 times, it needs replaced. The relief valve and the rail pressure sender, come as a kit and have to be replaced together.
If the relief valve has totally failed, you struggle to get pressure, in the rail.
If the sender is faulty, the Ecu , will not signal the injectors, to open, as it will no be seeing the correct parameters. There for , more cranking , till pressure rises.

If the belt driven feed, pump is worn or leaking, you will not get enough fuel, for the high pressure pumps , to operate correctly. There is also a sender for the low pressure side of the fuel system. If you stand looking at the side of the engine, with the filters, the sender is on your left , just about level with the top of the engine engine.
The rail sender/valve kit is about £450 , so it is a good idea to go in first with laptop, rather than to start swapping parts. The handheld , All Round Tester, does not give full access to the fault codes. You need serdia, for this.
The relief valve , is not the easiest thing to get to , without a bit of dismantling. It is worse, if it has a loader fitted
You can get a a rail sensor kit , from Kramp, if you have a dealer with a good storeman or your own account.
Hope this helps.
