Drain running muddy water

Been ditching today finding outfalls as the outfall is a bit low in the ditch really but struggled with fall a bit hence depth. Anyway I’ve been thinking the field is a bit wet in one quarter roughly so wanted to make sure the outfalls are running but when I found it I found it running very muddy water like the colour of a puddle you’d jumped in and stired up. The field was drained in 2018 at 40 metres (2chains) and we mole drained it that year it is currently winter barley direct drilled with a disc drill last year it was wheat direct drilled into a 2 year grass ley and cultivated for the grass. Anyway my question does anyone else have this sort of thing I’d expect it in its first year washing through the newly laid gravel but not after 5 years

Surface water from a track or rut finding it’s way in?
The only thing I can think of is there is a little area that puddles just inside the gate that runs off the road. My brother put a few moles through it in the summer with the hope of letting it away but that puddle is usually clear water from the road
