Thanks, hopefully get more practiceWell done, every body has a first day !. Practice makes perfect.
Ditching in soft ground with running water is difficult to make look good, hard ground and limited fall is easier. Thanks, hopefully get more practice
Not easy when the digger keeps sinking and and the ground is like jelly, but better to learn in it, makes the rest abit easierDitching in soft ground with running water is difficult to make look good, hard ground and limited fall is easier.
Good effort. Looks some poor old ground. My first attempt at cleaning out shucks, only done wee bits before to put in a pipe or two for bridges etc but da had to rush home to take brother to hospital so I was just told "im away, clean them out"

What is the small trencher? What sort of depth can she dig to? Looks a tidy handy size that doesn't need too big a trailer to shift it[/

he little one is a mastenbroek 1012 but used to be a road trenches then we made a field drainage back end and pipelayers for it set it up to grade with laser but putting a electronic valve in the system and will dig to 1.5m deep but handy for horse paddois and sports field as we also made a soil conveyor for it . it was cheaper than buying one for the purpose as we had it standing in the shed doing nothinghell of a setup[emoji41]
