eBay Scams

Hi,

Don't think this one was a scam but I'm having a nice time with the seller, agreed a private sale as the advert suggested would be ok, when the auction started to get going a bit more I decided to bid as I wanted the item one way or another, was trying to get hold of the seller during the auction to arrange payment and collection, refuses to answer, so I carried on bidding and won the auction, still can't get a reply by phone or email, to add insult to it he opened a case against me yesterday for non payment!

To be fair the nice folks at eBay are going to sort it all out but thought I should post here to let you know the man is a time waster.

Funny thing is on the invoice eBay gave me his full address! If I had nothing better to do I'd go down there sh@t through his letterbox

I keep getting a message comming into my private email box saying theres been fraudulent activity on my account anc it will be suspended unless I can prove who I am .
Ive not replied to these messages as I know theres nothing untoward going on with my account .
Has anybody else had this

Was told today that one of the latest things is to sell in-contract i-phones and enabled i-pads, draw the money and then in 3 months time report it nicked; you end up with a barred phone, and flea-bay/PayPal will not want to know after 90 days.
