Using other people's pictures without permission is against the law, full stop. I can't imagine a fraudster is too worried about that, though!
The chap that let me know about it found my number via TFF - he google the eBay image and it brought up the advert that was on here. Nice chap and a regular Sherlock Holmes!

A red Manitou MT932 Telehandler 2012 model has been stolen from Warrington, Cheshire between 7 and 9 March 2015....
The serial number of this is 920176 and the vehicle is similar to the photo
Please call 101 with any information and spread the word!

found out whats happened ,,Farm watcher googled a picture of the same model machine except they didn't notice it was from ebay ,,been in contact with them and its all sorted

They look as if they have done rather a lot of rolling.
my thoughts but could you bring them back for a reasonable sum
Alligator sheep yards on ebay, not sure but seems suspect. Thought I had brought them on a buy now, they sent a fake invoice suppose to be from ebay (looked real) from a fake ebay email address (according to ebay). Ebay said they will investigate but its still online and bidding is over £2k. If anybody is bidding I would take cash and be cautious.

Agreed. Why would I want to be greeted with things I have recently looked at? The fact I stopped looking at them and didn't add to my watch list should be clear enough.

Noticed quite a lot when I was looking for a tractor, usually price to good to be true, description says selling for a friend please email on this address, loads of spelling mistakes then checking sellers other items usually has loads of tractors plant cars classic cars campervans motorbikes etc. Also usually 0 feedback. Will post if come across any.
