Empty ibc without leaving seat

We use an ibc to add 1000l of water everyday to mixer. I’d like to do this without leaving seat to make quicker and safer. Can the collective genius of tff work out how I can do this Consistently without coupling up pipes, electric or anything and make it quick and dairy farmer proof. Thanks

My neighbour has a remote control gate valve for his slurry lagoon. Driver connects the tanker to the cone then opens the valve with a remote from the seat. Could a small version connected to the ibc outlet do the same?

Or alternatively you're actually doing it daily is it not worth setting a tank with ball valve high up on a stand similar or next to your molasses tank (if you have one) that you can then drive under and open a high flow valve?

fit 90 degrees bend on tap facing up, and fit 25mm alkathen pipe and make a U bend on it, by tying it with string to IBC so U bend is just above tank top, at side near back, then take the pipe downwards and forward tie the pipe with baler twine and several places facing back down to past pallet bottom and pointing forward, so when picked up pallet its below the bottom, yet when setting pallet down it can flex up to allow pallet flat on ground, fill with water, pick it up with handler, keep it level till above feeder wagon, then just crowed it back, so water will flow up around the U bend and down the pipe outlet on bottom of pallet, once in full flow level the forks, and it will siphon out,
no gun, string, hydraulic pipes or wires to connect up, simple just like a toilet flushing,
but inch pipe may be big enough, or flow will stop , try bigger pipe, but may need a longer tail to keep flowing,

cost will be the elbow, as you should have a bit of alkathen pipe and string

Good idea.... but the gun sounds more fun.

let us know if 4" works, but how you going to connect it, as outlet is not that big, and sticking it throw the top won't work
This in the top sealed with pipe down inside and outside. Rotate forks back and it should empty. Might need to reduce external pipe to 3” to create better vacuum.
Thanks and safer than 12 bore
