A auction on a Saturday wouldn’t be a bad thing atleast you can get worked up on Friday

taking fatlambs to Carlisle on a Monday morning was always annoying either weigh and sort them on Sunday or feck on early Monday morning sorting and hauling them to then come back and feed up do jobs that didn’t get done at the weekend afterwards

Gisburns main sheep market day is a Saturday.
