EU shows its true colours

Sorry I was wrong, it's in fact 7.86 million were denied a vote in the referendum.

EU UK residents 2.67 million
Non EU UK residents 2.19 million
UK ex pats over 15 years 3 million
16 -17 year olds 1.28 million

Perhaps we should let the Morrocans decide the future of France ?

Perhaps 16-17 years olds should vote on the future of French farming .. it would sort you out good and proper.

Ah, that old chestnut - come around every few months on here. We all pay tax in some way shape or form. But I presume you mean payers of Income Tax? Is that PAYE Income Tax or self employed Income Tax after deductions? .
Just like it comes around when the snowflakes loose a vote they want children and criminals to be able to vote, whch would you rather ?

Well if criminals not permitted to vote that might thin out the ranks somewhat - be some interesting folk lose their vote mind. Some quite high profile. Not sure about the children not voting - seems plenty children over the age of 18 but they seem to get a vote. Hey ho. Am sure this chestnut will reappear in another thread in a few weeks - well assuming Armageddon has not occurred by then.

But that still would mean around 3 million EU and none EU residents (assuming 2m were under age) should have been entitled to vote.

Are you allowed to vote in France ?

I know when I lived in Belgium I couldn't even use the library. 5 years contribution of Belgian taxes required whilst providing proof quarterly or monthly if I remember correctly.

We've had bad UK governance for years.

If you're in the EU how are you going to reform UK governance ?

You've got people in UK parliament & Lords that can barely string 2 words together. MPs have got to be made responsible for their actions and VOTED OUT if they are no good.

Diane Abbot should not be in that house.

If Scotland can vote in the SNP why can't the rest of the UK sort out Westminster so it actually works for the people of the UK.

These excuses for not fixing problems are pathetic .. the titantic has sunk and been refloated so many times I've lost count .. governance by the EU is also rubbish. Most of us could do far better without even trying.

The kind of reasons to stay in the EU are where someone is selfishly getting more than their fair share via EU bureacracy .. certainly anyone with any national or social responsibility must recognise the current system is broken. People need to live, get a house and have a family. Importing labour via mass immigration is not a solution and never was. Never mind the stupid legislation we have that forces jobs abroad.

17.4 people have had enough and the current system is going to change.

Stuff the titantic.
