EZ Guide 250 firmware

Can anyone tell me if I have the latest firmware installed on my ez guide 250.

It won't get any signal so I'm wondering if I have an antenna issue or if the firmware needs updating.

Which antenna does it have? Certain Trimble antennas are prone to water damage.

Old SW would not make it lose all GPS satellites.

Have you checked if current satellites are selected, I must admit I never got anywhere with the patch antenna.

Perhaps obvious for someone familiar with EZGuide but can you clarify what do you mean with current satellites being selected? Are you referring to the selection of EGNOS satellites? I understood the GNSS receiver did not see any signal, not even autonomous position.

The OP could clarify if it was just an accuracy issue (no EGNOS) or really not obtaining any position at all. The screen must have some diagnosis capabilities, showing the number of GPS (and Glonass in autonomous mode) satellites it can see.

I've lost all my gps reception exact same ... was working fine a few weeks ago when last used.
Checked the satellite settings and all as should be . But on info menu showing no satellites...so like original poster ,would it be firmware or gubbed patch antenna?
