Feck. :(

I hate indoor lambing. Carrying the Iodine bottle at all times, one in each shed from tomorrow.

🤞 on the twosome.

Not sheep today, did a @Cammy Wilson on my truck this afternoon. Tired and not concentrating after work reversed my truck into the corner of the bosses garage wall. Bloody great bend in the rear quarter. Tiny crease in one place and a couple of deep scratches. Purely cosmetic but f**k sake! Just what I didn't need! I'll run it into the garage tomorrow and break my heart over the cost to get it pulled out and painted up.

Just hit a 1/3 (450 ewes) of the way through lambing in first 5 days 1100 live lambs, it’s going ok some lambs a bit small (triplets and quads), some lacking a bit of milk or bad bags and having watery mouth in big twins 🤔, other than that it’s ok. Been kick out early because the weather is fine and loads of grass.

Got 400 acres in the bottom like this, 200 that have been grazes hard by sheep in winter and 200 that’s been f**ked by polo ponies.

we had a bad outbreak a few years ago and vet said to give them betamox la, it certainly did trick. plenty of lime in pens since
I’ve some ordinary betamox( not la) vet got it as pen& strep substitute, trouble is it’s been open a while ( like the loxicom) so I wouldn’t use it on a lamb
Typical unorganised chaos, I should have had new stuff here , running about with the mrs in hospital buggered my routine
Bloody sheep

bloody women 😉

Don’t those numbers equate to you running at 244% live lambs on the ground? Or have I read it wrong?
