We have a field called hover craft. Not joking either
Locatim, we used it last year with good results. Just do anything a bit weak or any sick lambs, certainly wouldn't be doing every lamb with it or any other antibiotics
I lost one this year to watery mouth but managed to save three .1ml alamycin la, some kick start and tubed them some electrolytes. I did give one an enema to get things moving and the stench the next day when they all started passing solids again was unreal! I thought they had no chance when I saw them dribbling like Harry Kane after dental surgery but to my suprise they are all thriving (apart from The dead one
).

Id need one that can climb a hill as well….going downhill might be ok but stopping before the hedge might be an issue

I always have a knife in my pocket. For the last 35 years problem ewes have received a cull mark by nipping the end off their ear, which never grows back and is easy to shed off as they run down a race.

Gave one 1 ml of betamox and another 1/2 ml alamycin down the throatJust from reading various threads
I give a ml of Betamox in the muscle and another ml down the throat. It either cures them overnight, or they die anyway, depending on how early you’ve caught them.

One of the vet students tried to say we should tube it, no I said it’s cold and watery , heat lamp first , she is good and keen but google isn’t always the answer, every little thing she googles , I think she must have found an American small holders site that said tube it
I tried to be polite and said no , we will warm it first , bugger died anyway
The ones I jabbed/ gave orally are looking brighter

touch wood here but had decent success with that combination, they can suther from bloat on road to recovery though so you have to treat that also, bloody sheep eh

Started using live yoghurt on cades several years ago. Seems to be a useful addition to the armoury of keeping the little sods alive...We were reading about using live yoghurt

Another vote for Betamox LA here.
IIRC, it's better against the strain of E coli that causes watery mouth.
