Farm Office Building - Modular?

Hi All, we are looking to put a farm office on top of our bulk tank room. Essentially the room is a full concrete cube, so was wondering about modular options to just plonk on top (it can take a few tonnes). Has anyone done this, if so what did you use and where from. Does anyone have any suggestions about what they would use?
Thanks

I’ve a 32’x10’ for the farm office,it isn’t light,two 3.5t loadalls to site and it’s on the floor,lifting it 8-10’ up would be fun.
Mine has a kitchen, toilet in centre then office at the rear,it’s warm in winter and cool in summer,I paid £1600 for it 8 years ago, worth more now.

Got a s/h portacabin when family members swopped houses to use as an office. When we put the robots in we lifted it above robots
Comes ready wired, sink, water heater & panel heaters
Ideal for the job

Imo it’s cheaper to build your own with a friendly carpenter. Im looking for a prefab unit currently and they are all mad money.

These folk usually have a range of stuff available. Chap I used to work for in quarrying built his main office out of the “flat pack” modular buildings, he had a fair few of them linked together - about 6 or 8 if memory serves me right. That’ll be about 16 years ago and they are still fine.

Your own will be easier to adapt to your own requirements though? Having said that the Hewden one does look plenty smart enough.

I've been in some very smart dairy offices sat amongst the robots above the cows in the cubicle shed that even included a kitchenette and a couple of bunk beds for staff to nap in. Windows and insulation etc worth thinking about.

For staff to nap in?????

Sounds like the beginning of another Emmerdale storyline but then again Emmerdale doesn't do real farming stories anymore! :(
