Dunno the whole story so can't really comment. But looks like the guy simply had enough and flipped, then flipped the car lol.

Thing is there is very little policing anymore. People can go out onto other peoples property and do what they like and get away with it. Its like the wild west except no one is allowed to defend themselves or their property.

The lifting of lockdown seems to have unleashed a tidal wave of complete tw4ts into the countryside and on to the roads. Had dogs abuse shouted at me the other day in some idiots in open top sports cars doing the nc500 when the passed me in the tractor. Sooner they p!ss off the better

There are some pratts about that deserve this. Had one a few years ago park in gateway of field we were combining at the time. Corn cart tractor could not get back in field as only gateway. Narrow road so he had to sit and wait blocking all traffic until I found him. Had gone down to our river fishing, trepassing to make matters worse. Gave him a barrage of abuse as did the motorists stuck on the road, combine driver who was now parked up and tractor driver. How he did not see combine, thought ok to park in field entrance/road passing bay and then go poaching fish on private land all in one shows idiocy of some people. Lucky I found him quick or car would have had too be removed. With mood I was in with our harvest ground to a halt, I doubt I would have shown the car much sympathy.

There is law, if you dare to post or do anything that could be racist, islamophobic or homophobic the police would be on you straight away, drop everything to arrest you! Everything else, crime number and claim on insurance.

Apparently shouting at someone is not an offence. That's official. In Scotland, at least.

I think it is very hard to sit on a forum and imagine how someone can be pushed to the point where they snap, and what has gone on prior to this, however the video looks to me like offences have been committed. Picking up a bale of straw and using it to "push" the car onto the public highway would I think be appropriate, if the driver refuses to move it, anything beyond that I think is excessive.

When we were sowing spring corn i was coming up the road and the wife was a couple of minutes ahead in the car. She caught someone in one of our fields. Well this lad gave her a mouthfull of abuse, i came along saw it and completely lost it floored the tractor but he jumped in the car and sped off, that was for the best as i would have done something stupid.
In the end i realised i know this lads brother whos a decent bloke so i rang him and got an appology off the lad in the field. Alls well that ends well but it just shows in the heat of the moment how people can flip

keep getting them park infront of gateways at the other farm which is slowly becoming town as they build on it. wanted to cut a field for hay and some twit had parked in the gate. sat there for a good 15 minutes waiting for him to come back (while repeatedly honking the horn) no sod came to move it so i gave up and went home, but its a good job i didnt have the loader and grab on...

This could happen to any of us..
Ok some of us are more firey than others. But if this farmer was in the situation of these scum causing damage, and refusing to move on, and being on his own. What was he meant to do? If this goes to court ,we need as farmer's, landowners, decent working people to raise a fighting fund and make sure we, yes we win this case if it comes to that. Rural crime is getting out of control, and we need to make it clear that these scum might get very badly hurt by us defending our lives, family and property.
