What's happened to @thethreecowguy ?
Anyone have any idea how long will PP last in a 25l drum if mixed up fairly strong for use in an automatic footbath?
You can get PP in liquid form.

But then how do we know how much to put in?
Just whizz some in and see, wing it I Always do.
That is a terrible way to do it. You are risking causing adverse reactions or not enough to have an effect.Just whizz some in and see, wing it I Always do.
The only positive I've notices so far is that cows sh!t less before and during going through the baths, must be due to lack of smell compared to formalin.
So according to the info jimmer put up you should have put 12 teaspoons in there and made them each stand in it for an hour and made sure they didn't sh!t in it.View attachment 488878 Guess what came today.. that's a teaspoon in 600l
Alfalfa isn't available, well not economically.Going back to Laminitis, the dairy industries enemy is Sara the real cause of Laminitis. The cure is feeding enough quality alfalfa hay, not feeding uncured silage and being extremely vigilant keeping ration components free of toxins. I'am from the US and don't know how available alfalfa hay is in the UK. Twenty lb for Holsteins and Fifteen lb for Jerseys has produced optimum results.
