On stock net I tend to use telehandler with forks every 6 posts or so and lift/drag it out with posts attached, then roll/tamp it all up into bundles and burn the posts off... really crude, and a shame to waste the wire, but scappy is happy and it's easy to do

a pair of leather gloves and roll it into 4ft rolls, be just as quick and cheaper.
Its surprising how much you can pull down the old fasioned way when you set your mind to it. Trouble is it's still too slow. All the winders I've seen require the staples taken out, which is probably the most time consuming part of the job, apart from this one.
Simplest way i've done it is with the muck grab, best way I've seen it done is a selector grab on a digger.

But if you don't take the staples out you can't save them in an old rusty bucket for the future 😁
