Fendt 409 Vario unable to reach maximum speed

Hello all, I have a Fendt 409 Vario 2006 model and I just noticed the maximum speed I can reach is like 43 km/h whereas maximum speed given by the constructor is around 33 mph ( 53 km/h ). I have no error code faults, no strange noise or anything strange but it looks like something is not working properly and I can't figure out what should be the problem. If any of you have encountered similar issues or have any idea what might be wrong please let me know. Thank you.

I expect Fendt have limited it to the legal limit, which is 40k.

You haven’t accidentally nudged the orange max speed slider, done that myself a few times and wondered why it wouldnt go to full speed.

From memory on the right hand side of the armrest there is an orange slider.its function is to limit the max speed when you are using the foot throttle, just check its set to max

Hmm I don't remember having that slider but will check tomorrow but as far as I remember I do not have any slider like you shown in the picture above, but thanks.

Check max speed in gear box 1. If it’s not 30k then you’re issue is with electronic limiting rather than physical restriction. Check operators manual and see that the correct tyre size code is registered. This is in settings on the dash touchpad. If it’s like mine it will sit at 50k on the flat at just over 1500 rpm.
You might just have a 40k machine?

I don't know how to check the maximum speed but was able to navigate through dash panel and check the cruise control speed and noticed that the speed limit is 44kph ( this is the max amount I could get ) so maybe it is a 40k version?
But now got a serious problem and that is I can not move it anymore nor forwards or backwards. I have the stationary mode activated and it seems like I can not pull away from stationary mode even though I am following the procedure written in the operators manual. The instrument cluster displays "Active" message, both direction indicators ON and the warning red icon also flashes. After I press N neutral button the warning red icon turns off, active message no longer displayed but 1 second after I push the joystick forward it returns back to the active stationary mode, really don't know what to do. ( I have no fault codes )

You should be able to get it derestricted to 54kph with a dealer laptop.

I take it you are pressing the unlock button on the top of the centre of the driving joystick when pushing forwards to start it driving?

Yes, more exactly I press the N neutral little button near the joystick and the N1 led is flashing. Then I press the unlock button and push the joystick forward but after 1 second ( tractor is not moving at all ) it goes back to the active stationary mode

So I looked more into the problem so I did checked the diagnosis screen available from the dash panel and also checked the repair manual. It seems like something is not set right about the transmission ratio. Can somebody agree or disagree with me about that?
