Hi all

These last few weeks i've been learning allot of the canbus of Fendt. I've managed to control all hydraulic valves trough
the canbus. Now i wonder this :

If my tractor has section control active, is it possible to get this information over canbus , so that i can create a controller
that steers my sprayer or planter? (both don't have isobus)

Any help would be amazing.

thanx.

Tool steer is sort-of happening in AOG but it's a while away from being mainstream. As for section control, it's probably being sent over CANBUS, but you'll need to go looking for it. Try and make the tractor as quiet as possible and go hunting with savvycan or similar while you turn the sections off and on manually from the terminal, if that's an option?

Yes it sure is , i'll go and have a try . As you say it's not easy to make the tractor 'silent'. What i usually do is filter the messages . I let it run for a while and and then add filters in the responses. I have been successfull in getting other stuff out of there.
